Feedback gevenIt used to take forever to get your food and drink. Things are definitely starting to speed up now that the hired the new woman who works the drive-through. I feel so bad for her because my food has been messed up like four times and this one time I did go back because I really wanted to eat it. And to see firsthand what this woman has to deal with ?? I think maybe the company needs to hire people that speak English Bilingual. Sitting there watching her, try to explain how to make a sandwich was really embarrassing for a company This is a beautiful location. I hope that tropical smoothie does better.
My service usually is terrible here but this morning I am shockingly surprised the food was amazing, zero complaints from whoever was the cook.
I always order Mango Magic and this time it wasn’t right. As I pulled out the drive thru I knew it wasn’t the right color but I was on my way to work or I would have gone back. It just tasted like pineapple and ice. It was also super thick and not really drinkable. Super disappointed
This location does not respond in a orderly manner over 20 mins wait or is closed randomly! Then our order comes and the smoothie is not creamy or flavorful. Will not go again. Garbage.
I don’t know why I even keep trying this place. The service is terrible. There’s always a wait even when you’re the only one in line. I hope yall get it because tropical smoothie is not like this everywhere else. Hire more people. Train your people. Something. ?
