Disgusting. Drive thru service slow. Chicken nuggets were rock hard and had clearly been cooked more than once so threw them in bin. Manager of store had zero care factor and her customer service skills were limited to repeating the same generic sentence over and over again with refusal to replace inedible food. Won’t be going back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the second time i ordered the barbecue Angus in a meal I customised it in my online order. I asked for no barbecue sauce, and ketchup extra onions. What I received was the burger with a large amount of barbecue sauce as well as ketchup very little onion. So this time when I ordered online I made them aware of the previous burger was told at the first stations he had spoken to the kitchen staff about what I wanted on the burger. I was also assured at the 2nd window the order was correct. On coming home I discovered the burger had BARBECUE SAUCE, no ketchup very little onion. I took photos I did eat the burger, scraping off the barbecue sauce. I rang the restaurant after I had finished eating spoke to the Manager. She said they would only replace the burger if I brought the actual burger back. I said I had taken photos but she said that was not good enough. Well, you have lost a customer.
