Chick-fil-a - Nob

I really wish they would let people pull forward to order so if you have a mobile Drive-through order you can get past them but no they stop people so far back to order when there’s plenty of room Kind of defeats the whole purpose of mobile drive-through if I still have to wait

This is the only chic fil a I’m waiting 20+ min at.

Excellent chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were barely warm, though. I couldn't help but think about that humongous waffle fry on the floor as I was eating. How could anyone possibly drop a beautiful fry like that. Unless it was a barely warm fry, too. Why would anyone sit in a car wasting gas when they can park, go in, and be out is stupid.

In general the food is good the service is always excellent. The issue is always a reoccurring one, in that the sandwich buns look good and presentable, but they always start disintegrating as soon as you start eating the sandwich I usually remove the bun throw it in the trash unfortunately.

Thank you Ben for your excellent service. I am lucky to have Ben as manager not only he is genuine but also takes his time to get to know customers name. Your ability to manage mobile orders and deliver results on time is impressive. I appreciate your efforts in going above and beyond!!!
