Mcdonald's - Nob

With a lobby of 2 people and an empty drive thru (Morning hours) I was disappointed in the time that it took to get my order.

I seldom give McDonald's five stars but this was a very nice restaurant. Friendly helpful people, very clean, and a better egg McMuffin than most.

Went on Wednesday and used my app with my reward it should be $2-3 and I see today they charged me $20 and checked the app to see they charged me for the person ahead of me’s order. You could tell on the speaker the lady was frustrated at the time and no one was at the window to pay so I moved to the second window. They asked what I had and if I paid I said I used the app and no one was over there and the lady just said “I told her” as if frustrated with the woman taking orders and walked off. Other lady walks over hands me my order and I said did payment go through? She said yes so I left. I understand being understaffed and waiting longer times with the state of things but I can’t understand allowing people who don’t get the technology to deal with people’s money. Makes me very weary to continue using the app.

The only thing on my mind is being financially free. Being forced to drive uber for survival is not what i was born to do. im royalty. #TruReal #CivilWar #8

We celebrated a birthday party in this play place and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so accommodating. Kevin was so funny and was so attentive throughout the whole birthday. The manager Esther was soooo sweet! It was truly a team effort.
