Feedback gevenJust ordered $40 worth of food from restaurant through SLICE waited almost an hour for order to say delivered only for it not to be delivered. No one to talk to other than a SLICE REP who has to escalate issue and they won’t be able to get back to me for 12hrs. So I’m out of $40 and no food. Tried calling restaurant only for phone automatically hang up. Worst experience ever trying to order a pizza! So upset gotta go through 3 platforms just to order a pizza!
My husband and I ordered lunch from here via Uber for pickup. What a complete waste of time it turned out to be. We received a notification that our food was ready for pickup. Not only was our food not ready upon arrival but they were completely out of just about everything they needed to fix our food. Grossly inconvenient since we left the children's hospital in hopes of having a little bite of something to eat. Also, their menu was completely different online from what we saw in person. The restaurant is really small so you can see and hear customers as they enter. Yet, somehow the two ignorant workers kept us and 3 other customers waiting to be serviced for about 10-15 minutes before they even addressed us. We told them our order is ready. The woman (I use that term loosely due to her attitude) there rolled her eyes and walked to the back. She returned about 5 mins later and told us that they didn't have the food nor the drinks in stock. I asked for a refund. She walked back to the guy who was in the kitchen and started talking about us. They kept us waiting for ANOTHER 15 mins to refund our order. Meanwhile, I'm on the phone with Uber trying to explain the situation, as we needed to get back to the hospital. According to Uber, they needed for the business to confirm what I told them which they couldn't do because they refused to answer the phone. It rang constantly the entire time we were there. It wasn't until displayed our frustration that the guy finally refunded our order in cash (not the original method of payment). We never received an apology throughout this entire process. Twisted Pizza is a filthy restaurant with disgusting workers. Respect, quality customer service, and hospitality are concepts of which they are oblivious. I would HIGHLY ADVISE all potential customers to AVOID this place at all costs.
Ordered this past week for my first time from Doordash and I was impressed. Even though it was delivery and the fry on the shrimp fish platter softened from the steam in the box, the flavor was really good. I also like that they have a pizza options too. You can get a variety for your cravings. Since I enjoyed it so much, I went up to the store tonight and got the shrimp and garlic knots again and this time a pizza to try. Getting to try the shrimp basket fresh...OMG. it was bangin! The shrimp are butterflied, cleaned and de-shelled. The fry on it is crisp with a light heat to it. Even the boom boom sauce was just perfect on the spiciness level. Also the hushpuppies are quite impressive. I could eat a box of those. The pizza was NY style. It's decent. I really enjoy the red sauce. Staff was friendly and the prices are decent. Overall, I'd give this place an 8.5/10. Looking forward to trying more things.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered thru slice app. First delivery was 20-30 minutes late. Then to find out I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a Supreme Deluxe and got a veggie deluxe, big difference!!! Then neither myself nor Slice support could get a hold of them. The phone range, picked up said call would be recorded then hang up. This was everytime you called their number! Never will order there again!!!!
