Which Wich Superior Sandwiches Lake Wright

Visited for the first time. The ordering system is a little strange, filling out a bag or card with what you want just so a person can input it into a computer to ring you up. Then they use those bags/cards to make the sandwich, I guess so they don 't have to ask the person like other sandwich chains. Service was slow. My friends got their food and after waiting over 20 minutes with multiple people who ordered after me getting their orders, I finally asked about mine. I was told it 's coming. I watched them pass my order back and forth like they didn 't want to make it? It was straight from the menu, minus a couple items, so nothing difficult or extreme. After another 10 minutes or so I was told they didn 't have avocado, at that point I asked for a refund. The sandwich was black bean and avocado. Suddenly, they have avocado it just needs to be blended. Maybe no one wanted to do that? Finally, after waiting 35-40 minutes, the sandwich is ready. It was made by the person who was originally taking orders not the original two making sandwiches, so passed to a 3rd person. Obviously I 'm not thrilled at this point. Someone came up to the table and offered a choice of free drink, side, or sandwich with my next visit. I asked for a partial refund of this visit because I have no plans to visit again. Possibly a manager (not sure) agreed and gave me a full refund. 3 because they refunded and apologized. The sandwich was ok, not worth the wait! My friends thought theirs were also just ok. Also, there were no napkins? All these cardboard/paper products for ordering and you can 't have napkins.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian/vegan menu options listed separately in their online menu, not separated on the paper ordering menu. Make sure to look out for things like cheese/mayo on the straight from the menu option.

Freaky Fast” indeed! Jaaliyah and Raheim on day shift work like a well-oiled machine! They had my order ready before I even got my receipt! They were polite and patient with as I was indecisive in which sandwich I wanted to try! You just don’t find good customer services these days, job well done.

Excellent experience all around!Got the “BYO” which is:White bread, mayo, toasted with turkey/bacon, letts/toms, onions/olives, avocado, s&p and oil and vinegar.10/10 recommend this place!

Recently was in town on a business trip and never had the opportunity to come to Which Wich before but I’m glad I did. Coming in, the ordering seemed to be a bit confusing but the staff helped me out. Tons of options ranging from super meaty to a lot of lighter options, as well as build your own. The staff (Jermaine and Liz) were super friendly. Probably the best customer service I got during my trip. I noticed a lot of places in the area have workers that don’t care, and that simply was not the case here. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and thought this place was something special. Super clean, great music, and got my sandwich in a reasonable amount of time. It was toasted to perfection, made well, and wrapped nicely. Not too messy. Not much more you can ask from a restaurant/business. I wish I could rate a ten out of ten because I will definitely be raving about this brand and location in the future. Great job!!!

The food is awful. Only one thin slice of meat on my turkey sub. They added ingredients to my custom sub I didn 't want or ask for. They toasted my sub without asking, making it crumble all over with the first bite. They took a long time to make the food. Also their grilled cheese is just a toasted sub roll with cheese on it. I know many gas stations that make better subs than this place!!!
