After reading the positive reviews on here i decided to go and try this place with my husband, it was well worth the visit. the portions they give you is very generous for the price. this is what a proper Chinese restaurant should be. highly recommended to give this place a go, it is well worth the visit.
Fantastic experience at this restaurant, great food and great service. defiantly recommended
Beware this place if you 're using a Groupon voucher. We went to dinner there and ordered Steamed Duck and Beijing Beef. The server came back and said 'we 're out of duck. ' At 5:30 pm as dinner started! So we switched to Kung Pow Chicken. We also ordered fried rice. The meals came out as two main half serves plated up with the rice! When I complained the server said 'this is what we do just for Groupon diners '. Unacceptable! Caveat emptor!!
My partner and I came here for the 9 course Groupon for 2 people. The waitress was amazing and accommodating and fulfilled all our requests with a smile. Food was soooo delicious and came steaming hot and fresh. Two of our favourite dishes were the vegetables with garlic sauce (vegetables were so fresh, they were still slightly crunchy which is how they should be, not mush and overcooked) the satay chicken skewers were amazing!! (With authentic satay sauce that is a bit spicy, NOT the fake peanut sauce) Deep fried ice cream was also delicious! Some of the best chinese food we have eaten. Huge servings left us having to take home 3 containers full at the end of our meal. My suggestion to others complaining in reviews is to try eating in (as most of the low star reviews are about take away or delivery orders), and try groupon. The 9 course meal cost us $49 (with a value of $105). Will definitely be back!! Thank you Bai He
