If you haven't been, I highly recommend trying the Rosie's Special, which offers a variety of delicious items to sample. Their pancakes and cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious, and they also offer a great selection of cakes and pastries to take home.
We absolutely love Rosies! Although it can get quite busy on weekends, we think it's worth the wait. The menu is innovative, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The service is always friendly and efficient, with staff members going above and beyond to attend to every customer, even if it means a slight delay in service. We have never felt inconvenienced by the wait. The employees are all helpful and attentive, regardless of which section they are assigned to. Our favorite dish is the biscuits and gravy, which is the best we've ever had. The gravy is perfectly creamy with chunks of sausage, and the biscuits are always fluffy and flavorful. Be sure to ask for a bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce for an extra kick. During our last visit, we enjoyed the B’s G’s dish, as well as a lunch and breakfast sandwich. It's always a challenge to decide what to order since everything on the menu is tempting, so we usually end up sharing a few dishes and taking any leftovers home. Rosies never disappoints and always delivers a delicious meal.
Rosie is a hidden gem that you might overlook if you aren't familiar with it, but don't let that fool you. I first discovered it when the small restaurant in Downtown Noblesville was not crowded and full of energy. It's a charming Mom and Pop restaurant that always serves delicious food. The staff is exceptionally attentive and will make sure you are well taken care of, even if you are not at their table. I stumbled upon Rosie about 3 years ago and now my friends and I visit almost every week. I hope they continue to thrive or expand into a larger space because their loyal following is growing steadily as more people discover their amazing food and service.
My husband and I try new restaurants when we come to Noblesville for our couples time travel and we tried Rosies Friday morning and LOVED! Outside seating, great service not only our server, but also the other section server Amazing food! I had the French dip on Ciabatta bread my Husband had a bit of all breakfast. Hands Down BEST cookies and Gravy I've ever had! Better than mine, I don't say that much. Would recommend it to everyone!
Had no bad thing on the menu! Great customer service and friendly staff! This in now my family place to go to Sunday breakfast!
