Taco Bell - Noblesville

They messed up a guy's order twice, and my meal wasn't even fully prepared.

The food is good when it’s prepared correctly, but my orders are seldom right. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for just some tacos and nachos, and nothing about this location is quick. I've also had numerous experiences with mobile orders, only to arrive at the store and find out they can't fulfill half my order due to a lack of ingredients like fries or beef. The staff is always polite, but the time and complications with my orders just aren't worth it. This location really needs better management. I highly recommend driving a bit further to the Taco Bell on 37, as it's definitely worth the extra distance. The Taco Bell in Noblesville is usually more reliable too. All in all, this location isn't worth your time or money. It's also important to note that while I've always had positive interactions with the employees, the actual service and food availability here fall well below acceptable standards on average.

Our entire order was wrong. The tacos had tomatoes on them, even though we specifically requested none. None of them were crispy; they seemed to have been pre-made and sitting under a warmer for over an hour. We were also missing other items from our order. To top it off, the kid at the drive-thru crammed everything into one small bag. As a result, our chips were crushed, the tacos were broken, and the burrito was so squished that its contents leaked everywhere. We ended up throwing out the whole order and going somewhere else. We won’t be back.

Unbelievably slow service and the quality of the food varies wildly from just okay to laughably bad. Don’t pull into the drive through unless you have at least half an hour to spare.

Bryan has the best customer service ever. Dude needs a raise.
