Feedback gevenThe English tour was very very basic. The guide was speaking in proper, but highly accented English, which made it challenging to understand. We were shown all stages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production. However, guide provided no information about the history of the cheese or company or region or what makes Bertinelli Parmigiano Reggiano different from other Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses or other hard cheeses. The tour itself took about 20-25 minutes. So, if you are interested in something quick and easy – this is the place for you. If you are looking to learn about the Bertinelli Parmigiano Reggiano you might find yourself somewhat disappointed.
It was a public holiday in Italy (15/8) and with the siesta thing too, we were struggling to find somewhere to eat around 3pm. We were hoping to find a small local cafe. But so happy that we stumbled on Bertinelli just off a roundabout in Noceto. It belongs to an agricultural company and is a huge, modern and happening place, with a massive indoor/outdoor restaurant (and pool), which was full of Italians enjoying their day off with seafood platters etc. The restaurant was closed by then, but an extremely helpful staff member showed us to a delicatessen with adjoining bar and seating. We filled up with pasta dishes, gelato, prosecco, beer and espresso. We speak no Italian, but felt very welcome and left extremely satisfied.
We visited the Parmegano factory with a short but good tour, and had a wonderul and tasty lunch. The lovation also has a nice cheese and procseto shop and a bar. a great place to stop for a brunch or lunch
Very kind guide during the visit, co provided so much information. excellent their products including parmesan kosher and alhal. also produce a vegetarian parmesan. beautiful pool and restaurant. excellent products in the store
I was from bertinelli for the guided tour of the dairy with degotation included. It was a wonderful experience. a thanks to the guide maura to make everything very pleasant and interesting. recommended experience.
