While on vacation from the USA in Rouen, we discovered La Regaliere through Yelp.
It is upstairs so a little hard to find! Fantastic margarita. Great for families! Love the healthy Montezuma's delight too.
Small serves, my chicken dish had almost no chicken and tasteless. Nachos very small, bland and sour cream and guacamole were extras!
