Carl's Jr. - Norco

The service has improved compared to a year ago, with quick service for takeout. The food was tasty, and we were able to save some money by using our coupons. We enjoyed French fries, onion rings, and a double cheeseburger, which was a great value, along with a Famous Star with cheese. We finished everything! Keep up the great work!

I just visited the Carl's Jr. located next to Taco Bell, and unfortunately, the staff member wasn't able to take my order because she didn't speak any English at all. I simply asked her what was included in the Famous Star burger, and she responded with "no habla English," which left me completely baffled. I couldn't even order a Diet Dr. Pepper.

The new cook in the back is fantastic, thank you! Best experience at Carl's Jr. My food was all fresh.

I wish it was possible to leave a zero. Viviana R. From store #1101173 was extremely rude. I understand the service not being extremely great with the times but the attitude started from placing our order. With her giving snappy and unnecessary answers.When placing the order she would respond with ?I heard you the first time? and not letting us place our order cause she wasinterrupting with a distasteful attitude. I understand it?s Carl?s Jr?? but wow. Unnecessary of her to act that way.

Both service and food was very good!! We ordered a burger that actually came with regular whole lettuce rather than shredded lettuce. We had another Carl's jr. Wanting to charge us extra for regular lettuce, not shredded. We would eat here again. Dave..
