Jimmy John's - Norcross

I decided to try the sandwiches at JJ's for the first time, but it was not a great experience for me. They didn't offer any chicken options, roasted sandwiches, or hot sauce, which are my preferred choices. I will not be going back again.

The customer service at Jimmy John's was awful. It was my first time there and no one could recommend anything or assist me. If it wasn't for the customer behind me, I would have been lost. The manager should train their staff to be more customer-friendly.

Staff is nice and inside was clean. Quality is consistent with other locations. No Changing table in women's bathroom. Would come back.

So i see that Jimmy Johns removes reviews.. I did a review a couple of weeks ago about my bad experience and it’s gone. Bad experience with my food and Mary who was a manager was extremely rude. This location is not a good location to visit. I wish I could remember in detail of what I wrote in my review but since I wrote nearly a novel I’m not gonna do it again. Worst Jimmy johns location in Gwinnett county
