Papa Johns Pizza - Norcross

I usually order a Papadia from this location once a week, and each time I've received exactly what I expected: timely service and delicious food. The jalapeño poppers and brownies are also quite tasty. Plus, the delivery team is both efficient and very friendly.

This restaurant offers fantastic food that is served hot, fresh, and made from scratch. However, I've observed that at times there are only two staff members on duty, which may slow down service. Despite this, it remains a wonderful place to dine!

This restaurant has a new manager, and I had the opportunity to talk to him. He appeared sincere and committed to his job. I believe he mentioned he was originally from New York. He quickly credited me for two pizzas I was owed and expressed his apologies for the problems I encountered with the previous manager. I'm planning to return since the new manager made a positive impression on me. (3/30/2022)
