Pizza Mania - Norcross

My friend Benjamin F has eaten at this restaurant, and he mentioned that it used to be good and delicious. However, he has noticed a decline in quality, as there are now many negative reviews. He would have given it 5 stars four years ago, but he believes it would only deserve about 3 stars now due to changes in management or whatever else has clearly affected the restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant in the mall. The customer service was among the worst I've encountered. Even though I paid for my food, the quality seemed unimportant to the staff, and the employee I interacted with had a very rude attitude.

The first time I got the pizza and they actually put meat on it The second time I got the pizza they literally One piece of meat purse slice on a large pizza for chicken thicka

Very rude, the manager started yelling on the phone!

I was in front of the pizza mania for 10 minutes but there is no one in counter so I left before getting anything ? I called you guys many times but uou guys didn’t receive my phone ? I will never come back , you guys wasted my time
