Feedback gevenThe good ones are scattered. That was great. A nice attentive staff that worked well together and it showed up everywhere. The food was hot, fast and delicious. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. The tables moved well. They kept the place clean and worked within the coronavirus protocol on the door and in general. This place is a model for others. I was there between 9:30 and 10:30.
This is a new restaurant, but it was very clean service is great!! Sometimes they perform a short staff because not enough people work, but the first time that the server ALL of the visit made funny W/lots of smiles so that it left the situation...Thank you!
The waitress is sucked. The cook had to see what we ordered. He cooked it and delivered it. The waitress never wanted to see if everything was okay until I was ready. I talked to the manager, but think you fell on deaf ears.
That was the best WAFFLE HOUSE experience I had in a very long time. Everything was delicious and there were no problems with our food order. Our server was very polite and presented every time with a smile at our table. The employees seem good to come and actually seem to enjoy their work. This experience has rekindled my love and renewed my faith in the WAFFLE HOUSE!
Our waitress was super nice and she did a great job even though she is still in training. But the cook was a HUGE disappointment. She left f bombs left and right with my 5 years old gift and very much attention. Your general attitude was terrible. Did she order the waitress? s for 3 tables because it ?quicker? for them. Of course, saying that when the last person was served at my table, everyone else was done to eat. The grits were cold and lumpy, the agitator was not completely boiled. Poor waitress couldn't stop apologising. Hats away to her she was great
