If it weren't, there would have been only a restaurant visit. We had received the Tip Königs Brasserie from a colleague who felt well received as a non-insulan at the Tresen. Says everything. Also last week we were greeted as always very friendly, we have eaten and drunk as always very good and tasty, a great atmosphere as always we found, the employees or owners had fun with each other at work, we were included, everything great, but that's why we go there too. Whatever the two critics have envisaged to make such a statement, they should reconsider this fairly. I think who discredits people like this, does a good job day by day, and that for many years, I think it would have to get a real local ban. Dear people from the King's Brasserie, keep going, you're great.
We were on a day trip to Norderney today and wanted to drink and eat in between, then decided for the King Brasserie. We weren't really greeted, well, not so bad yet. Since we incl. Children 11 people wanted to put tables together, but we left because the first stupid comment came. Then have ordered something to drink and sometime get the daily ticket, we didn't get the normal menu. Suddenly two women came and wanted to go through between our tables, which would have been no problem, as there was more than enough room. They didn't see that, and we thought we should put the table aside. The worst thing about it was the boss. Since we have neither moved the tables nor anything else, I find it very cheerful to treat its guests. If the boss is too tight, you should put the tables apart from the beginning. After this incident, we were ignored and not further served. However, all of us after that have passed the appetite. The next one from our round was stupid. We had the feeling not to be welcome from the beginning. Very bad!
We (approximately eight people) wanted to leave the afternoon at Norderney cozy or bridge the time until dinner. So we put ourselves in King Brasserie to the counter. However, our stay there took a very special course. Instead of a friendly welcome, the host called one of the guests in a very forschem tone the following words: The gang stays free! . Easy irritated replied the surprised guest Yes yes, after which the host only murmured Yes yes yes is called 'Stop me'! Okay, maybe a rustic tone may be common there. So we ignored this unfriendly reception. Apparently, however, we then consumed too little (on average two drinks per guest in one hour), at least the host suddenly removed the partially still 1/3 filled glasses and replaced them unquestionably with new, full glasses. In the interests of a peaceful evening, we would have taken that too if he had at least delivered the right drinks. Unfortunately, however, even the previous lemonade-trin core, a pils was suddenly introduced. After about an hour, a first part of our group left the restaurant... Well, maybe the host just had a very bad day.
We had already tried some restaurants on Norderney, but the visit to the Brasserie remains really positive. Super nice staff, reasonable ambience and good food. The salmon was top and special wishes were gladly realized. It's fun to eat. We'll get back to the brasserie when we're back on the island. Conclusion: absolutely recommended
Has super cost, staff on zack and friendly
