The lady rushed me to order as quickly as possible. I had just sat down and was getting situated and looking through the online menu when she slammed her hand on the table to get my attention. In her defense I did have ear buds on but the tone in which she chose to start the conversation was improper and downright unwelcoming.
Terrible service. I’ve never wished so hard that I was on the American Airlines side. Such better service on their side at the James River Grill. At least I get good service there. This place: “Did you scan the QR code?” Yes, I scanned your lazy code and it didn’t work. Mocked by the waiter. Unappreciated.
