Dunkin' - Norfolk

Easily the worst Dunkin' in the area. Almost always understaffed and are always slow with both taking your order and processing it. Also, unlike a lot of other chains in the area, they will wait until you check in at the drive-thru to actually start making your On-the-Go order. Defeats the purpose. Will go out of my way to a different area Dunks nine times out of ten. Service: Take out

Awful experience!! Burnt tasting coffee, (as always) bagel was over toasted with black edges and donuts were upside down in the bag!! Extremely rude staff! Will will not be going back. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have ordering boards like McDonald's has now but I was greeted by someone at the counter who took my order. Got a tea that had half of the cup was milk I’m glad I didn’t take a sip and the donuts are stale like they were days old! Worst dunkin in the area and charges more than others too!
