Hardee's - Norfolk

This is probably the worst Hardee's I have ever visited! The food was not just awful, but the customer service was even more terrible. Employees were distracted on their phones and showed no concern for the customers.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with friendly smiles and great service - a perfect 10! The location right off the interstate also made it easily accessible for any time.

I paid 2.99 for fries and received a half container of fries.

We had a piece of the steel wool fragments. I'm guessing from the cleaning equipment or something.The object was stuck in our chicken tenders.Amanda, the Manager remade my grandchildrens food. She was very nice.Parking: Plenty of parking available in both sides of the store.

This restaurant is terrible. Whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru, you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes for your food. The staff is unfriendly and the food is served cold.
