Kung Fu Tea - Norfolk

This might be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. There's usually a handwritten sign on the door, and the staff appears to be disinterested. They encourage customers to order online instead of at the counter, yet they often have around 75% of their menu items unavailable, and their website isn’t updated with current stock. The only reason I keep coming back is that the food actually tastes good.

The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had any issues. The teas are delicious, and I usually go for the matcha. I've visited a few times now. Food: 5/5.

I ordered a medium honey lemonade tea from Kung Fu Tea in Norfolk, Virginia, just under seven hours ago. The staff member who took my order was friendly, and my drink was ready sooner than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor of the tea, especially given the great price I paid.

I’ve never had an issue here before, but during my visit today to order drinks with my family, the woman taking our order was quite rude. When we asked questions, she gave us a look that made us feel foolish. The drinks themselves weren’t great, but I didn’t want to engage with her any longer. My drink was mostly melted and didn't have the slushy consistency the name suggested.
