Philadelphia Hoagie Factory - Norfolk

I absolutely love this restaurant! I first discovered it years ago when they were located on Fisherman. After trying their food, I completely gave up on the place on Tidewater. Right now, they are in need of staff to stay open and keep serving us their amazing subs. I'm eagerly awaiting the day they reopen, and I'm sending my best wishes for the owner's speedy recovery!

My first impressions of this restaurant were positive; it has a really nice atmosphere. However, the Philly subs were disappointing and lacked seasoning. The bread was overly soggy with grease, and unfortunately, my fiancé, son, and I all experienced severe stomach pains afterward. We didn’t even feel the need to call and complain, as we have no intention of returning.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a Philly cheese steak or chop cheese! So much flavor and the owner is really nice and accommodating! Must try! We'll definitely be back.

Stopped in tonight for food because our usual cheesesteak place is closed for the holidays. REALLY good food, and a LOT of it. Tons of sandwich options besides cheesesteak. Pretty sure this is our new Philly spot.

I love this place. They are clean, friendly and the food is delish!!. The customer service is awesome. I love to see Ciarra smiling face when I walk in. The cook is always nice..and the food is awesome. I have tries several items on the menu and have enjoyed each meal. Great food, friendly service, clean establishment....I will be a repeat customer!!!
