Feedback gevenMy rating was earlier higher. because of their lack of sufficient labour force, it takes a lot of time to obtain food. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through the line. that seems to wait more the normal time. it will be frustrating if they are somewhere else. the actors are in the kind.
The waiting time is annoying, I sat here and had to wait for a doorstep for 50 minutes, got a breach on the door bag of it. they called the load and the manager still said that they wouldn't do it for another 40 minutes. also terrible customer service. they stare at you instead of welcoming you in the invite and asking how they can help you.
It was pretty busy when I went through, but my cash, kathy, was the nicest women at all and made sure that the order was right and offered a spectacular service.
That here please stop prioritizing a customer about another. I do not understand that I have worked in this area, it is a reward or training problem either bad for door Dash business.
We 're long time customers. More and more dissatisfied every time we go since a while now, hence the low rating review. Way too expensive for what they serve, nothing looks like the menu items (pictures) and certainly not in the quantities shown. They 're always out of this and that no matter how early you go, same excuse: oh sorry, we had a big order this morning, we 're out . They switch to the lunch menu before advertised lunch time. Seems constantly chaotic, only one person at the counter multitasking and trying to serve more than one customer at a time. No sign of manager or responsible person. There are now much better (locally owned/operated) options in town, both from a service and also value perspective.
