Uncle Tom's Pancake House - Normal

I gave a call and it was brought out as soon as I arrived. Fast and friendly service. And the food? OMG was so good. I tried the Irish skill and I was very happy with my food. Very generous portion sizes, light fluffy eggs, excellent packaging.... I definitely found my new breakfast place!

Great food for the price! I love their daily specials, but their waffles are hands down my favorite (crisis on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside)! One of my favorite breakfast places in town.

Yum yum yum! For the first time here and was not disappointed. I had the bacon and Avacado Omelett with filled French toast, both where absolutely delicious! My fiancée got the pancakes, let's just say there was none left when I finished my feast. Only 'meh' thing is that the coffee was simply OK to write nothing at home, but did the job and rounded our late breakfast / early lunch. Wait staff was super friendly and on everything! In any case it must be turned on again!

Five stars. Great food, good service. It is an old-fashioned diner, so base your expectations accordingly. We'll be back.

Had an awesome breakfast. Great Customer service! Ordered the steak and eggs ribeye came out a little too rate they put it back on and it was fabulous eggs were cooked perfect too and very good. Did not care for the hashbrowns as they were more like a clump of potatoes. Pancakes were also tremendous. My wife had the Buffalo chicken tenders and fries and she liked those. Very large portions and great pricing. If you have not experienced this establishment I highly suggest it. Very big menu also. Thanks Uncle Tom's for the great breakfast we will be back!!
