Convenient and usually well stocked, but this store has bad customer service.

The caramel ice cream sundae was good, but not out of this world extraordinary.

First trip to this highly recommended venueLooked online for flavors and menu ahead of time and then tried to go through the drive-in.

Waited what seemed like an eternality in the line to get our food. we ordered a child meal with 2 shakes and 1 combo. waited forever to get through the line of only 2 cars right in front of the order. we never had the experience of being spoken with so rude, by a worker who drives the car. they fought with us over and over bc we did not want a mix with child meal a drink. we could throw away the drink, but we wanted a little mix, but how we had to get him to pay the full price for mix. she wouldn't do it absolutely. Finally we had to find another one to say it. normally then indicated at the end of the order, we wanted a small mix. we live around the corner. I never had a problem. we have her name bc, she didn't wear a name tag at all. please correct this confusion for future visits to make sure that it carries a name tag. that could be a great opportunity to be unprofessional for customers and get away with it. her name is sara. the heavy was almost water without taste the chicken tasted as if it was fried in old fat or just sat out all day, wasn't even warm. Drive thru visitors stationed on the window at 2:20 on Sunday juli, 31 was extremely rough. cut my wife out of medium order and continued to get very short when we tried to continue the job. almost food spots are literally a dozen, so I can guarantee that we do not return to this place, as there are plenty of options around norman.
