As for the customer service, it has improved over the years. The staff can be a bit shy, but I find that charming. The woman at the counter has really warmed up to me and even manages to smile every time I visit. I especially appreciate that she remembers my order without me having to say a word. She even knows that I sometimes like an early roll, which she inquires about. I typically call in my order to go, but I never have to wait long for it. Overall, it's a great place to eat!

I placed my order through the app, which indicated it would be ready at 2:54. When I arrived at 2:50, the woman at the front shouted that the estimated readiness time was actually 3:05. Instead of kindly explaining that my order would take a little longer, she was very rude and confrontational. The food was just okay, but it wasn’t worth being treated that way. I won’t be returning, as she could have respectfully and politely communicated that she needed a few more minutes.

The best Chinese cuisine in Norman, Oklahoma! I highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken; it's consistently beautiful, crispy, and made fresh each time. Plus, their prices are very reasonable, with most combination meals costing $10 or less!

The woman is always rude, she never speaks when I run into her when I don't speak if I don't thank, or nothing she gives me racist vibes and tonight my sesame girl was old extra crispy and dark even it tasted strange I won't go I'll take my money somewhere else they should do the same

They have the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. If you are hungry for Chinese, get egg fu young, sw&sower chicken! So crispy and their sauce is amazing! The sweet-and-sour sauce tastes like it has Orange in it and it's so delicious my mom loves it, too!
