Einstein Bros. Bagels - Norman

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. I had a Cheddar bacon bagel and a vanilla cold brew. One of the baristas kindly watched over my drink while I took a bathroom break. During peak lunch hours, the wait time may be 10-15 minutes, but they work diligently to minimize any delays.

My stepsister living in Arizona gave my friend and me Stone Bros. gift cards for Christmas. Neither of us had ever been to a Stone Bros. before, so we were excited when we finally visited yesterday. I ordered our food and handed the gift cards to who I suspect was the manager, only to be told that they are not accepted at this location. The manager ended up paying for our meals instead, which was very kind of her, so I give it 5 stars. Our turkey clubs were also delicious! I am looking forward to our next visit, although I will have to return the gift cards to my stepsister, as the only other Stone Bros. location in Oklahoma is exclusively for FAA staff.

The lady who took our order was totally upset. customer service bad, but the bagel was good. much luck to them

Had to wait for a moderate avocado toast over 2 hours and the whole bagel? more like hardly a bit of a bagel. my advice, go to gray and get the best you ever have.
