Kfc - Norman

The Mexican lady there is so rude. We tried ordering but couldn’t hear so she started to get angry and yelled at us and then when she couldn’t reach my money through the drive thru she stormed off closing the window in my face and got another worker to grab my money. Lastly when I tried asking for sauce after she handed me my food she shut the door in our face without saying a word. HORRIBLE service.

I just got to a place to eat my sandwich. I open it and see pickles. I specifically said no pickles on my chicken sandwich. This was seriously the only item I ordered! The service was fast but the food was wrong. I checked my receipt and it was entered correctly so it's not on the cook line. It's on the order taker.

First time trying KFC here in Norman. Big portions, Fully cooked chicken tenders, Delicious biscuits Gravy! For under $40 I fed my family of 4, with leftovers to eat on later. Will be back!

Just got coleslaw. Staff and manager attentive and friendly. I appreciate courtesy

I gave this KFC a 1 5 years ago and absolutely nothing has changed. Staff is rude, dining area is disgusting and you may or may not get good food
