I used to visit this restaurant twice a week, but they consistently run out of food and never answer the drive-thru. One time, an hour before closing, I was treated rudely by an employee when I asked for the corporate phone number. When I refused to leave without the information, I was asked to leave and eventually banned from the restaurant after the police were called. It appears that Panda Express supports employees with poor behavior.

I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. I can never get enough of it. If you are a seafood fan, make sure to try their walnut shrimp – it is incredibly delicious! They offer takeout service for lunch with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. They have dine-in options available but no outdoor seating. Delivery and curbside pickup are not offered.

We were disappointed to find out that there was no steak or shrimp available, and we were told it would take an hour for it to thaw. When we returned after an hour, we saw that the same exact thing was told to the lady in line ahead of us. The restaurant did not make any effort to rectify the situation. We will not be returning.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately they were out of soy sauce, forks, napkins, hot mustard, and many other items that would have enhanced our meal. They didn't inform us of these shortages until we inquired at the end of our meal. It would have been helpful if they had a list at the entrance indicating what they were out of before we placed our order.
