Pretty solid BBQ, especially the brisket and jalapeño sausage. The real winner is the brisket/egg/cheese breakfast taco or sausage/egg/cheese. Just be prepared that they're very high in sodium.

Been to several of their stores in Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma. They have a consistent theme, quality of service, product, and menu. Not elegent but just honest. Their thing is smoking stuff - ribs, surkey, sausage, jalapeno sausage, baked potatoes, and prime rib (fri & sat only). It can be had by the ounce or as a sandwich. They have a number of sides available in multiple sizes. These include potato salad, cole slaw, three bean salad. They also have similar deserts. I have found the potato salad to be what I usually order. It is chunky not the blended paste often seen other places. They have a country store/gas station theme and actually sell petrol at their pumps and food in their store. Service can be hit or miss depending on you, since YOU are the service. The idea is you collect your sides; step up to the bar counter; order your meats, hot sides, and drinks; pay; and haul your crate (real crate) of stuff to your indoor picnic table. You clean up too. Food tastes good and service is as quick as the ordering line moves. Great stop on trips. Two, twenty, or two hundred they have the table space. Would hate the last person in a two hundred person line though.

I had the moist brisket sandwich and it was average BBQ. The sissy sauce was normal. If you like chocolate pudding, be sure to try theirs! It had whipped cream and Oreo crumbles and was super tasty. Overall average BBQ.

Delicious! Best BBQ sauce available and super cheap. I always get the half pound chop and get several slices of bread. Their pudding is also really good.
