Tatsumaki Ramen & Lounge - Norman

The restaurant has improved a little from when they first opened up.

I haven't tried this place out since it opened, because of the mixed reviews I had heard from friends.

Not bad! I've been here a couple times now and I have to say the ramen is pretty decentI've tried the spicy miso and spicy tan tan so far.

Let me start by saying I have been here two times with my family. The first time the service was pretty slow. Appetizers came out with the food. The food was good so we thought we would try again. The second time was worse. Ramen came out with appetizers. The simple sushi rolls for the kids came out minutes after the ramen. When we did speak to a manager he said he had no control over the problem. He had one sushi chef and too many sushi orders. He then gave us off our bill. My husband and I laughed about it. We won’t be back. We will go to Goro from now on. It was a Friday night at Yes you do have control. Ensure you have more than one sushi chef especially on a Friday night.

This has to be the now worst ramen shop in the entire metro area. When they first opened, the food was great, and the staff was amazing. Now, the food is mediocre AT BEST and the attitudes of the staff are horrendous. Save your money, and go else where. You'll be much happier if you do.
