The musicians walked around playing the accordion and horns and those Alpine Horns. They stopped to sing Happy birthday to my granddaughter. Our server was Dennis who was fantastic. He was not only was a really efficient and attentive server but an extremely personable young man. He kept us laughing.
It's pretty much the only game in town for what it is, so I am giving it 4 stars just so it doesn't go out of business like every other German restaurant in 100 square miles of Chicago
Lovely atmosphere with really tasty food and very big portions, although the prices are a bit high if you ask me. The servers were very attentive and helpful. All around I would say that this is a fantastic place and would be a 10/10 if prices were about 15% cheaper. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Good local German food spot on the NW side. Red cabbage is so good. Pork Schnitzel is moist and tasty. Pate is really goood.
