Noodles Company - Norridge

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The general manager, Brandy, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I tried to voice my concerns about how dry the pasta was, but instead of apologizing, she spoke over me. It's unacceptable. I won't be returning or spending my money here again.

We sat in a booth that could have used a good clean, so we brushed off the crumbs. The meatball appetizers were tasty, though they seemed smaller than I remembered. I wasn't impressed with the dumplings; they were overstuffed with cilantro, which made them less enjoyable for me. My husband liked the cheesy garlic bread, though! As for my basil pesto pasta, it was a bit lacking in sauce and not very flavorful, but it was okay. The next day, I added some basil pesto to the leftovers, and that made a big difference. Overall, I probably won't return anytime soon—it just doesn’t have the same appeal as it once did. "Lackluster" seems like a fitting description.

This place needs an inspection immediately, and the cook should be let go! The mac and cheese was more like chunks of cheese and undercooked noodles—definitely not what I expected. It should honestly be called mac and cottage cheese because that's exactly what it looked like! This location definitely requires a sanitation inspection. Just take a look at the other reviews; it seems like many people have experienced the same issues!

I do not recommend going to the noodles and company in norridge off of Harlem. They put way too much noodles in the bowl so I could not mix up my Mac and cheese. I was one of the only people in the restaurant, the least they could do was make it right.If I was not on the clock I would have gone back and demanded my money back. Not a good location to go to.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and noticed an employee I often see but had never learned his name. This time, however, I was greeted by him, Gianni, who took my order. He was incredibly kind and patient, especially with my son, who is autistic. His understanding nature really made our experience memorable. I truly appreciated being served by such a wonderful young man. Thank you, Gianni—Noodles and Co is lucky to have you! I hope management recognizes your exemplary service for the rest of the team. My son and I will definitely be back soon!
