Pizza Hut - Norridge

I didn't give 5 stars because my order was incorrect. However, I want to mention that the young woman who took my order was new and seemed a bit nervous, especially since we had special requests, but she did her best. The reason for my 4-star rating is that the other young woman, the manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. She was completely professional and genuinely apologetic about the mix-up. Her calmness, understanding, and compassion for her staff were truly impressive. It's a level of professionalism that's rarely seen in large chain restaurants. I wish I had caught her name to give her the recognition she deserves, but I was there on Tuesday night, May 17, at 7:00 PM.

I recently had a pizza from Pizza Hut for the first time in a while, and it was still delicious. I recommend placing your order through their website or app for quicker service, as ordering in-store may take around 25-30 minutes.
