Domino's Pizza - Norristown

Domino's has a lot to offer, but I have some concerns about hygiene. It’s a bit unsettling that employees handle your food without wearing masks, especially when they walk past you through the entrance and exit.

Every time I order my mobile app with the Germantown Pike location they order so quickly. I write this review because tonight, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the Lord behind the counter (I wish I had his name! he was a big thin black man, had the most beautiful, largest, most pleasant smile. This kind of moments, and this type of customer service is what deserves five star reviews.

Always had a great experience at this store whether picking up our having it delivered.

I've had a terrible experience with my last three orders. They keep getting it wrong! We pay for toppings, but not all of them are included. When I called to address the issue, the staff member was very rude and offered little to no help in resolving the problem. It's been a frustrating experience each time, and the manager is unhelpful as well!

The pizza is consistently excellent, the delivery is extremely fast, and the staff is very friendly.
