Feedback gevenI ordered the pasta shells multiple times and each time they forgot to include the meatballs. I had to contact the delivery service each time, costing me at least $10-20 extra, even though I live only half a mile away. Their lack of efficiency in fixing the mistake has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
The dining experience at this restaurant was terrible. Is this what I receive for my order after spending $300.00 at the food industry yesterday? I will not be returning until they hire a new cook.
I would rate this restaurant one star, but unfortunately, I cannot give it zero stars. The staff kept putting me on hold and acted as if they hadn't received my calls, resulting in long wait times for my food delivery. The customer service was poor, with employees arguing with customers instead of acknowledging mistakes. I would not recommend this establishment.
My daughter in law said, where did you get that steak? I've never tasted that! She's not eating! Let's just say, only left was paper!
