Mcdonald's - North Amityville

We have been to this location quite frequently lately. However, I've noticed that it's the only McDonald's that doesn't accept app rewards. They informed us that they're not permitted to do so. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I can almost guarantee that something will be wrong with your order each time. The customer service is also very poor. Honestly, you’d be better off going to the locations in Farmingdale or Massapequa instead.

I have to say, the staff at this restaurant seems to struggle with getting even the simplest orders right. This is the fifteenth time I’ve received the wrong order. I live in Massapequa, and it's frustrating to waste gas going back to fix mistakes. Definitely check your bags before leaving! I cannot recommend this place at all. I’ll be taking my son somewhere else for his meals. What a disappointment. Service: Takeout.

The manager with green hair is incredible. She treats everyone as if they were dining at a five-star restaurant. The service was excellent!
