Waited 2 hours for 2 plates of pasta (for pickup) only to be greeted by the most uncaring person when bringing up the issue. Incredibly unprofessional.

The atmosphere is rather lackluster, the service is really good the pizza's are really great, and the food is also very good.. but watch the spicy meatball pizza, it is spicy hot.

The food is typically well made, however when I was trying to take advantage of the buy one get one deal, I waited for 45 mins, and my pizza was cold.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Waiter didn’t even bring plates Extremely overpriced for mid food. 40$ for a large pizza with a few toppings. DO NOT COME HERE.

I strongly advise you to avoid of this location, and even the entire chain. I would rate 0 out of 5 if I can. My recent encounter with their buy one get one free deal on Tuesdays was a complete disaster. Despite placing an order for a 5:00 PM pickup, I found myself waiting until 5:55 PM. To my dismay, the manager informed me that my order didn 't exist. They couldn 't provide an immediate refund, stating the involvement of the billing department was necessary. Furthermore, they were unable to prepare my pizza due to the missing order. The manager 's inability to handle the situation was another disappointing aspect. This has been the worst experience I 've had in the past 5 years. Other stores offering similar services have already gone out of business, and I foresee the same fate for this store. If you value your money or your time, avoid coming here.
