Waffle House - North Augusta

This restaurant is open 24 hours, but their hours can vary. They are sometimes open from 7 o'clock in the morning until 7 o'clock at night, but it is not consistent. They should update their business hours to avoid disrupting people's dining plans. Waffle House should never close! They need to hire more staff because I really want some waffles and hash browns.

Our experience tonight at this special location was amazingly refreshing! the cook and the server cleaned during the waste time, and I honestly never saw personally that whatever at any other waffelhaus location I have ever visited. the personal in its totality was friendly, and offered a smile, and not because they need to, I do not write reviews often, only when it deserves, and this place deserves to know that they have an amazing work. we will definitely only come to this place when they visit the wh our next visit. kudos, wh!

The food was excellent. Despite having only two employees working, they did a great job managing everything.

Last night, I went to a restaurant with some friends. I decided not to order anything, and I'm glad I didn't. My friends found three hairs in their food and one on a plate. Despite this, they didn't complain to our waitress. When it came time to pay, one of my friends wanted to receive $7.50 in change, but the server suggested he take $2.50 so he could leave a $5 tip. Another friend left a $5 tip on the table, even though he found two hairs in his food. Our waitress did a good job, but when my friend paid with a card and didn't add a tip on the receipt, the cashier reminded him to do so. In the end, our group gave a tip of over 40%, despite the issues with hair in the food and feeling pressured to tip more than we should have. This was a first for us at this location.
