Dunkin' - North Aurora

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They messed up my order and when I asked if I could get something else, they told me that they don’t accommodate those kinds of requests. When I said it was fine and just asked for a refund, they didn’t handle it well either. Overall, not a pleasant visit.

The cashier kept interrupting during our order, which resulted in our coffee order being completely wrong. It was very disappointing.

This place must have quality control. Donuts are taste-tested prior to purchase.

I just wish Dunkin' wouldn't charge for every little thing these days. They even charge for water and pup cups. At this rate, I might as well go to Starbucks if I'm going to spend that much.

They always mess up the order now. It used to be good with the younger employees now at it seems as if the owner or manager is always working and is rude and ruins every order and doesn't know what the heck he's doing! It was such a waste of money and I'mreally upset.
