This place is kind of an weird one to review. It is really good, as I stop sometimes to grab an drink from after an cross country run. It not bad but an little pricey, but your paying for an health shake or tea, what you expect. Super Good, will go again, bit for now it is once an month for me.

My wife has been using this business for sometime for the cardio drumming and to purchase Herbalife products which I use also. This morning was my first stop in to see a drumming class. I had a North Baltimore Sunrise Tea while I watched. Great flavor with a caffeine kick to it. The owner Laura Vitt was very nice and explained a lot of other Herbalife products to me.
