Starbucks - North Bay

The staff here are consistently friendly, and I've never received an incorrect drink. Mobile orders are always punctual, and the drive-thru is very efficient, all thanks to the excellent customer service.

The staff here is incredibly helpful—always polite and cheerful! You can’t begin your day without a visit to Starbucks! They offer excellent quality, fantastic service, and I truly can’t get through my day without my Starbucks fix!

I visited this location for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. I hardly had to wait for my order at all!

I have been to this Starbucks in North Bay on October 8,9,10, and 11th 2022. I was very disappointed in this Starbucks on a whole. There was no greeting upon entry, the washrooms were dirty and the staff were loud ...not professional. As a very regular Starbuck customer I know this is not acceptable. We are from a small town Tillsonburg Ontario where there was a new Starbucks opened in the spring of this year which myself and my husband visit pretty much ever night and let me say that this Starbucks is a 10+. Wish all Starbucks were like this one in Tillsonburg. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

I just went to the Starbucks in North Bay and had the rudest partner ever!!!! Her name was Jordy, and she was so unprofessional. I asked for a pineapple refresher and she said they don't make those here (i've ordered this drink multiple times). She was so rude to me at the cash and I heard her talking to another partner calling me dumb.
