Twiggs - North Bay

Everytime I'm in North Bay, I drive to the other side of town to the Twiggs McKeown Rd location to have my breakfast. The coffee is amazing, staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is delicious with real homefries, not deep fried like some other chains.

I ordered lunch to pick up 5 days in a row. I don't know why. The cobb salad was very good, but the other salads I ordered were just sad. Mostly lettuce and nothing else.The other thing - travelling on business I need a receipt for my meal. Every time was a hassle. On the Friday, the final day of my trip, I ordered the Cobb salad. I came and picked it up, went through the hassle of getting the receipt, but was never given the salad. I was wondering what was going on while other people were being served. Turned out the salad was sitting on the counter in the back.

I went to twiggs today for a quick bagel and soup. I was using the drive through since I was delivering the meal to my fiancé. Unfortunately, the same mean ol barista was working. I'm not sure who this older pixie cut woman is but she is consistently rude. I received a small cup for my soup when in the past I've had a larger size. She wouldn't change it and said it was the right one. 12$ later they finally bring my items to my car. If I were on my way to work I would have certainly been late. I try to support local but with the service and lack of respect by the same employee over and over again. I just can't bring myself to support anymore.

They get my drink wrong 7 out of my head 10 times. The drive tho is slow as molasses. The pizza are alright

Inviting atmosphere with unique java and delicious bakery items. Highly recommended as the coffee house to get your fuel on!
