Pancake Mill - North Bend

After a long wait, it was totally worth it. They customized it with hash brown, chili and stir fried zucchini served along side meatless sausage.

Their veggie stirfry was awesome-very tasty and quite filling. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their baked products, steering me away from their gluten-free alternatives as they all contained egg and dairy. Although it would have been nice to see more vegan options, The Pancake Mill was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

I'm soooooo glad we stopped here this morning before leaving back to San Diego.
