Subway - North Berwick

It would be great if the woman making the sandwiches was not under the influence of something other than weed. I waited for over 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me. When I finally got to the counter, she seemed to be in a daze, kept forgetting orders, and was not handling the food carefully. I decided to leave and not eat there. Management should consider firing this employee who appeared to be on drugs. (Date and time noted) Food quality: 1/5.

I have had multiple experiences at this particular Subway restaurant where they have consistently left out important ingredients in every sub I have ordered. The most frustrating instance was when I received a BLT without the lettuce, which was particularly upsetting because my daughter doesn't like tomatoes. Paying $14 for a sandwich with just bread and bacon was disappointing. I thought ordering through the app would be foolproof since it is in list form. But unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, the service for takeout was fine, but the inconsistencies with the sandwiches were very disappointing.

I absolutely love this Subway location. The sandwiches are fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

This was the best experience I've had at a Subway in a long time. The staff was patient and understanding with my two littles. The woman making our sandwiches overheard me talking about eating some and taking some home and offered to pre-wrap half the order so it was ready to go when we were. Later when my 8y.old dropped half her sub on the floor while being silly, another employee replaced her meatballs for free even though I offered to pay. Everything was fresh and yummy! Vegetarian options: I always get a veggie sub, the staff here was super nice great about cleanliness. Used new clean knife and gloves for my sub. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options and the staff was super patient with my 2 8y.olds

Generally, Subway is the same wherever you go. I've been here before and they do a good job. This time they had run out of pickles particularly and probably a few other veggies. Blame it on supply chain issues. Kind of disappointing. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
