Feedback gevenI ordered a footlong tuna sandwich and ask for banana peppers and olives when my Uber driver drops it off and I go to eat it there is only one banana pepper and two olives for a footlong sandwich it's giving whoever worked the night shift didn't want to be there but if I'm paying my money you should make the order right
Bill the general manager of this location has by far the very worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I ordered a sandwich with flatbread and wanted the bread toasted and he said no. I asked why and he said it’s a lavish bread Whattttt?!?! I said I never heard of that. He said Subway change the flat bread. I asked Bill again I want my bread toasted and he said no. I said so if I want my flatbread toasted you won’t do it? Good Old general manager Bill said No again!! I am the damn Customer Bill and I am paying for my sandwich and want my flatbread sandwich TOASTED!!! Bill call you regional manager and ask them if the customer wants a sandwich made a certain way do you do it? I am CERTAIN they will say YES. As I remember, Subway makes sandwiches to Order per the customers order. So if they want their flatbread Toasted you Do It they are the Customer! Subway Corporate retrain Bill in proper customer service. Trust me I will tell everyone I know to Avoid this Subway.
One man show, the guy did a great job! I was never a subway fan but new menu is Accutane decent
Walked in, the two employees were hiding in the back eating and throwing food. One walked out I double checked if this location was doing the FLBOGO and the other employee walked out and said “yes better do it online though we don’t take the orders in person and we won’t” finally placed my order they were goofing off on the line. Not friendly. Did not follow directions. Subs were sloppy. Overall a very poor and I will not be back. DO BETTER.
Very prompt friendly service. Excellent food very clean store. Great work guys.
