Feedback gevenThis is the worst chipotle in the opposite. they are consistently running out of flesh and sides. how about the announcement that they are out of the half of the articles to those on the line, especially if they wait over 30 minutes to place a job. they can not even make a decent burrito or bowl when they are out of half their articles and who command always to process. no attempt to satisfy the customer when the dinge go wrong. take the time to go to another Chipotle location. this place is a catastrophe. you're sorry. order in person or online, just a bad one.
They were out of tortillas. Chipotle is known for burritos, yet they were out of the main ingredient! That's like McDonald's running out of fries or Red Lobster running out cheddar biscuits! As a result, I ordered a burrito bowl and let me tell you this bowl looked amazing! It was piled high and I couldn't wait to dig in! When I did it was more rice, UNDERCOOKED rice at that, than anything else. I felt like I was digging for gold trying to find pieces of chicken! We also ordered a bowl with the new steak, and the flavor was amazing, but it was ice cold, I felt like I was eating leftovers out the fridge! Overall, the amount of food was worth the price, but the preparation could definitely use some work
This place is a joke. Wait forever for your food. Everyone that had a 2 go order had to come back for utensils. What they need is an adult to get the employees working. If I could cancel my order and leave I would but they would probably screw that up too.
This chipotle is my regular chipotle, however, it is the worst run location in the area. My review is a culmination of several bad visits in one. Management is not proactive at this location, nor are they reactive. They do not support their staff when the line does not have enough workers during a rush. They also do not notify the guests of important information, like the credit card machine being down, until you wait through a 30 minute line. A simple sign on the door could have alleviated this frustration since the machine was down the whole day. We have ordered pickup from this location several times, and on the regular the portions are much smaller then if we ordered in person. I'm talking 4 small chunks of chicken in one of our items, not even a scoop. Lastly tonight, 2 hours before close, the line states that they are out of steak and carnitas and are not making anymore. (I offered to get out of line and wait until some are ready because I could see steak being prepped in the background) but the employee just stared at me. I asked if they could get some from the Togo line, also shot down. Corporate please help this location, I have worked in the food industry for years and they need help.
We used to love this location. It was our Friday go to. Have gone back to it in the past month and it's awful. Don't have delivery because they don't care if you get the correct order. I won't blame Door Dash because they are just picking up what you package. Both times we have been given other people's orders. Even the names are printed on the bowls and the bag is tagged with our name...but still the incorrect order. No way of contacting anyone to rectify it. They literally don't give a toss. And if you complain to corporate you just get the go around from bots. You were good once Chipotle...no more.
