Dunkin' - North Canaan

Currently waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes now waiting for someone to come through. I go inside and my DRIVE THRU ORDER IS inside with two employees sitting there yapping. Never again. There’s only one girl that does her job there. Worst Dunkin ever.

I just left, the girl working the register had no clue how to put in the food order, they had to re make it twice. All three workers had bad attitudes, especially the girl working the register. She tried to tell me it was my fault I got a cheddar bagel twist when all I asked for was a PLAIN BAGEL toasted with cream cheese. Wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin and its service on my worst enemy. The girl at the register was swearing at everyone too.

Waited at drive thru ten minutes before anyone even said anything

I’m sorry, I have tried and tired to give these guys a chance but frankly they are just horrible. They are dumb, slow, and don’t make anything correctly. Coffee comes out cold. Hashbrowns soggy. 40 minutes on the drive thru. This place is a joke and I strongly suggest going elsewhere for coffee.

Easily one of the worse Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. There’s only two girls that actually work quickly and efficiently and they’re always stuck doing everyone else’s tasks. I mobile order 90% of the time about 15-20 minutes before going to pick it up and I’m still stuck standing there and have to ask if it’ll be made soon. Apart from the service, the coffee itself is always different and rarely ever decent.
