Feedback gevenDidn’t have a problem with the food or service but I was using the restroom and someone knocked on the door. I said someone is in here and they wiggled the door handle. I said occupied and all of a sudden I hear what sounds like keys rattling. Lo and behold it appeared that an employee was trying to unlock the bathroom door while I was in it! I had to get up off the toilet and run over and hold the door closed. I felt so uncomfortable after this. I was a paying customer and deserved to use the restroom without having to worry about someone unlocking the door on me.
It 's frustrating to stand and wait for your drink to be made while the employees and talking to each other (not making any drinks). The idea that customers come first did not exist at this location this morning.

I had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks today, and I must say that the service I received from Shelby was absolutely exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. Not only did she expertly craft my coffee to perfection, but her warm and welcoming personality brightened my day. Shelby goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location and experiencing the excellent service provided by Shelby. Thank you for making my coffee break from class so special!
This was the worst service that I have ever had at any Starbucks.At first, I asked if they had a specific drink. The employee at the register seemed annoyed that I asked, making facial gestures. After ordering, I wasn’t given a receipt and she didn’t ask for my name.At the time they weren’t busy. We waited for 10-15 minutes and no one said anything yet. We went up to the counter to ask and there had been 2 drinks sitting in the corner of the counter.A different employee said, “if thats what you ordered then it’s yours. Look at it and see.” “It doesn’t have a name on it.” The young man was standing right next to the drinks.A 3rd employee was standing next to the 2nd and said “just take it, its just coffee.”I was shocked of how rude and bad the service was.One of the drinks was not even correct as they forgot to add carmel and mocha drizzle to my drink. This was one reason i asked if the drinks were mine in the first place, since it wasn’t exactly what I ordered.On top everything, the place was very dirty. It is unbelievable that this Starbucks had 3 employees and all 3 were rude and incompetent.Worst Starbucks experience in my life!
