Chick-fil-a - North Canton

Blamed door dash for my missing sandwich. Sure, I got a credit for the price of the sandwich but not for all the other fees. If I were to reorder this 7 something dollar sandwich it would cost me over 17 dollars and that's before the door dash fee. I got all my other food that was for my guests but didn't get my meal.

We have been regular customers at the Chik fila on Dressler Road in Canton for many years, but recently we have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and service. There have been instances where they have either forgotten to include some of our food in our order, or have given us the wrong items. The napkins and dressings are haphazardly thrown on top of half-filled fries, and the nuggets often have an excessive amount of coating with very little chicken inside. Considering the higher prices and time spent at this location, we expect much better food and service.

Its Chick fil A with Chick fil A standards and customer service with quality Chick fil A food.... If you don't know, that's what you get at Chick fil A EXCELLENCE!

The lady at the register was very kind and helpful!

The restaurant is always packed but I was able to quickly get a delicious meal. I've heard people say that if the government operated like Chick-fil-A, things would be much better.
